Free delivery for orders over $40.

We only ship to addresses within New Zealand, we do not ship internationally. For the majority of orders we have a flat rate but bulky items additional fees may apply. We reserve the right to correct the delivery fee and : 1.charge your credit card the correct amount without prior confirmation 2. contact you re the additional cost if you've paid via bank transfer

As some carrier companies do not ship to PO boxes we recommend you provide either a residential or commercial shipping address when placing orders. Should we be unable to ship to a PO box we will contact you for an alternative address.

COVID: In fulfilling orders we take all appropriate public health measures (e.g. physical distancing, hygiene basics, appropriate personal protective equipment for staff).

Dispatch and shipping times may be affected by Covid lockdown delays. Orders are delivered in a contactless way (i.e. there is no physical interaction between the deliverer and you, our customer).

Order and Delivery: Is subject to stock availability. If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product. You'll be asked to confirm the order or cancel the order.

It's important your contact and address details are full and correct - we can't be liable for not fulfilling our obligations if they aren't.

After 2pm, Weekend or Public Holiday orders will be processed on the next working weekday.

We're not able to specify times and/or days of delivery as we deliver through courier companies who keep their own schedules.

We will not be liable for any delays in delivery of goods or services, but we will of course assist as much as possible.

Damaged or non delivered items: For us to help you quickly, please include your order number in any correspondence. If your item is damaged upon arrival please notify us at bybetterinfo@gmail.com. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch date, and you have not heard otherwise from us, please notify us on the 7th day via bybetterinfo@gmail.com. There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels with carrier companies. Failure to notify us in time may result in no refund.
